Smartphones vs. Scientific Calculators: Which One Wins for School?

Students' productivity in math tutorials is often limited when they do not have a proper scientific calculator. Using an app on a smartphone is not a good substitute. Even if they get proficient in their use, students will not be allowed to use these in university exams.
